3. Start the engine, observe the air pressure gauge in the cab, and increase the pressure in the air reservoir of the tractor and semi-trailer to the specified pressure.
4. Check the air circuit for leaks and check whether the brake system is working properly.

5. Insert the cable connecting plug of the tractor into the seven-hole socket at the front of the semi-trailer until it clicks on the block of the seven-hole plug.
