Due to the sudden engagement, among the power take-off and the oil pump drive shaft and the oil pump cause a large impact load, which is easy to cause early damage (generally the oil pump drive shaft is damaged). It is more prominent when the engine is running at high speed, the carriage box is fully loaded, and the viscosity of cold hydraulic oil in winter is high..

Suddenly push the lifting handle to the “descent position” in the middle of full load lifting. At this time, the carriage box does not land slowly, but rushes down, which will bring a great impact to the frame and even an accident.

Although the single-acting piston hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a throttling device to ensure that the throttling effect is generated before the end of the carriage box’s descent, the carriage box’s landing speed is automatically slowed down, but the effect is not obvious for the fully loaded carriage box.

Therefore, the above operations should be avoided as much as possible. If there are special circumstances, you must also operate carefully, and slow down the landing speed as much as possible, and you must avoid descending the carriage box suddenly

 

After unloading the cargo, do not disengage the power take-off or forget to disengage the power take-off, so that when the car is driving, because the power take-off is in the “engaged” position,the lift oil pump operates at high speed and for a long time without load in the “small cycle” state.

The so-called “small cycle” means that the hydraulic oil circulates only between the high and low pressure circuits of the oil pump when the oil pump is running.

In this case, the hydraulic oil temperature rises quickly, which is easy to damage the oil pump oil seal, and even the phenomenon of “burning” of the oil pump; in addition, when driving at high speed, the oil pump drive shaft will also cause early damage under the action of excessive centrifugal force .

What’s more serious is that the operation of the oil pump means that the hydraulic system has a power source. During the driving process, there will be accidents that the carriage box will automatically rise due to various reasons.

 

Unloading goods with sharp speed-up and brake. Due to the large inertia force (usually 5 to 20 times of the rated lifting force) of the rapid speed increase, it is easy to cause permanent deformation of the frame, Cracks in the welds between the carriage and the subframe, burning of the fuel pump or damage to the sealing ring, damage to the hydraulic cylinder, etc. The service life of the vehicle is reduced, and in serious cases, there will be a rollover accident. Therefore, it is generally prohibited for dump trucks to drive while lifting.

 

The power take-off is in the “on” position when driving: if it is in the “on” state (the red light is on), the oil pump will continue to rotate, and the hydraulic system will have a power source, which will be caused by the Misoperation causes the car to lift automatically; at this time, even if the air control distribution valve is in the “down” position, the oil must enter the oil pump, which will burn the oil pump.
